If you have read the news, you know that approximately 50% of Oshkosh had some type of water damage from the storm. Most of the central city had their sewer back up into the basement creating quite a mess. While I agree that the building is an eyesore, I am not sure that I agree with the approval of another $2.7 million for it's renovation.
